By purchasing any of our services, the client declares that he/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to enter into contracts with second parties. If the customer is a minor, the customer assures StartEdge Solutions that he/she has the authorization of his/her legal guardian or attorney-in-fact, and that he/she will be responsible for his/her actions as a subscriber of the service offered and therefore fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Service. In addition, the customer expressly and fully accepts the agreements called "Terms and Conditions of Service" and "Privacy Policies". Likewise, the client accepts that all the rules and guidelines contained in the aforementioned sections may be changed by StartEdge Solutions without prior notice at any time that the company deems appropriate.
For this reason, it is the client's responsibility to regularly consult the aforementioned documents and be aware of their contents. Customer's continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the changes made to the above agreements. If you do not agree to the terms of service, you must immediately notify StartEdge Solutions and stop or terminate your use of the service. The customer must and may make this notification to StartEdge Solutions by sending an email to the email address StartEdge Solutions.
StartEdge Solutions may cancel at any time and without prior notice the service contracted by the customer in the event that the customer incurs in any violation of the terms described herein. You warrant that you are not violating any laws or regulations with your use of the service and release StartEdge Solutions from any and all liability in the event of any violation. Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Company harmless from any claim made against StartEdge Solutions by a third-party company or person who is affected by Customer's use of the purchased service.
- OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the conditions under which the client accesses and uses the services contracted in StartEdge Solutions, as well as to establish the conditions and form of remuneration of the client to StartEdge Solutions.
- REGARDING PAYMENTS
The customer will pay in advance all the charges corresponding to the service contracted to StartEdge Solutions, as well as pay in advance the subsequent charges for services on the day of the expiration of the contracted term for the duration of the subscription.
StartEdge Solutions offers customers with newly created accounts with the company a 15-day money-back guarantee, the customer agrees that all payments made are final and non-reversible once this period has been exceeded. StartEdge Solutions cannot and will not order the funds to be returned to the customer if the customer believes the payment was made in error and has not requested a refund within 15 days.
The customer must notify StartEdge Solutions of any changes in their personal or financial data that prevent the company from charging for the contracted service.
The Company may deny, temporarily suspend or eliminate the contracted service in the event that the Client fails to honor the corresponding payments in accordance with these Terms of Service.
The customer agrees that the validity periods of their service will be automatically renewed once the contracted period ends, unless a cancellation request has been received by StartEdge Solutions following the procedure described in this document. Therefore, the client accepts that any charge made for the renewal of the contracted period is appropriate and releases StartEdge Solutions from any dispute over such charge.
StartEdge Solutions guarantees that, although the prices and features of the services may vary, such variation will not affect the price at which the service was contracted by the customer, unless the customer has not renewed the service within the established deadlines and the service is cancelled/suspended by StartEdge Solutions or the service is voluntarily cancelled by the customer.
StartEdge Solutions will send the invoice for the renewal of services with a monthly billing cycle 7 days prior to the expiration of the billing cycle, for customers with quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles.
In the event that the customer does not make the payment of the service by the deadline, StartEdge Solutions will send up to 3 notifications so that the customer can make the payment of the outstanding invoice, in case the customer ignores the notifications, StartEdge Solutions will proceed to suspend the service 5 days after the expiration date of the same, the account will be completely removed from the system 15 days after the invoice due date.
StartEdge Solutions will add a late fee in case the customer fails to honor the corresponding payments, this charge may vary between 5% and 10% of the total invoice and will be added to the pending invoice if it is overdue for a time greater than or equal to 3 days; in case the service has been suspended, it will be reactivated only after the customer makes the payment of the payment(s). outstanding invoice(s) and their respective late fee(s) if any.
- PRICES
All our products are indicated in US dollars.
- PRICING & PAYMENTS
With respect to the prices of the services, the client will be charged the prices set out in the relevant section, as offered on the website. Prices include value added tax as provided by applicable laws in the Oriental Republic of Uruguay.
In addition to the purchase price, the customer shall be responsible for all taxes incurred, including value-added, excise, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs, and any other taxes, levies, fees, or similar charges, taxes levied or increased under any municipal, state, federal, or municipal law, rule, ordinance, or regulation. international or any other nation with respect to the services sold to the customer. In the event that the seller, for any reason, is obliged to pay such taxes, the buyer shall, upon request, immediately reimburse such amounts to the seller. The customer will provide, at the seller's request, any tax exemption certificate.
In addition, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, clients agree to submit duly completed tax forms to us, to enable us to make all required filings with the tax authorities.
- PRICE CHANGES
We may change prices and/or introduce new charges in addition to the prices at our sole discretion with thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase prices, immediately and with contemporaneous notice.
- PAYMENT
The price of the services will be paid in advance by credit card or other payment method accepted on the website.
- PAYMENT TERMS
To provide any service, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount including taxes.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made via accepted credit or debit card. We are not responsible for delays in our services in cases of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. Under no circumstances will StartEdge Solutions pay penalties for late delivery of our services.
- REGARDING PROMOTIONS
All promotions offered by StartEdge Solutions are recurring, i.e., when contracting a service with a promotional price, the customer will pay the same price for the entire time that the service remains active, unless the customer has not renewed the service within the established deadlines and the service is cancelled/suspended by StartEdge Solutions or the service is voluntarily cancelled by the customer.
The promotion will be valid only while the service is active. If the service is suspended due to abuse or non-payment the promotion with which it could have been contracted will become null and void.
- DURATION
This agreement will be valid for the contracted period described in the customer's order (or failing that, 365 calendar days) and will be in force from the moment the service is ordered from StartEdge Solutions. The agreement will be automatically renewed at the end of the contracted period unless the customer notifies StartEdge Solutions that they wish to cancel the service in compliance with the guidelines described in the "Cancellation of Service" section.
- CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
Cancellation of Service by Customer:
If the customer wishes to cancel any service contracted from StartEdge Solutions, they must send a cancellation request at least 8 days in advance. This notification will only be valid upon confirmation of receipt by StartEdge Solutions to the customer.
The customer is free to request the cancellation of the service at any time from StartEdge Solutions.
In the event that the notification procedure described above is not complied with, the customer authorizes StartEdge Solutions to renew the service and process all charges corresponding to the contracted service. Such charge will be non-refundable, and the service will continue for the time charged.

Cancellation of Service by StartEdge Solutions:
StartEdge Solutions may cancel the service contracted by the customer at its own discretion and without the need for prior notification to the customer in the following cases:
If the customer has not complied with the advance payment of their service for the contracted term.
If the client has committed any violation of the commitments made in the "Terms and Conditions of Service.
StartEdge Solutions is not and will not be responsible for the integrity of data on accounts that are terminated, suspended, or disconnected due to non-payment or violation of any rule set forth herein.
The account may be suspended/terminated in case of any misconduct to the staff of StartEdge Solutions, this includes, but is not limited to, verbal or written faults, any type of racial or gender discrimination; our staff is at your service, but they are professional people in their area and deserve the respect due to the customer as well as the client.
Accounts terminated, suspended, or disconnected due to any violation of the rules established in this agreement will NOT be able to request a refund because violating this agreement automatically forfeits all warranty offered by StartEdge Solutions.
If the customer has not fulfilled their payments within 15 days of the due date of their billing, the data stored in their account will be completely deleted from our Data Center.
- SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
StartEdge Solutions may deny, temporarily suspend or eliminate the contracted service in the event that the customer fails to honor the corresponding payments in accordance with these terms of service.
In the event that the service is suspended by StartEdge Solutions, the company may display an informative web page which will mention such suspension within the web space contracted by the client or using the methods it deems appropriate.
If the service was suspended by StartEdge Solutions and the customer does not make the payments within 15 days of being due, the company may delete all data from the server, as well as the assigned consumption quotas and reuse the space and consumption quotas with other customers. Releasing StartEdge Solutions from all liability for not having honored the payments on the established date.
- UPDATING OR CHANGING THE CONTRACTED PLAN OR SERVICE
Any service change must be notified to StartEdge Solutions at least 8 business days prior to the next payment date. This notification will only be valid upon confirmation of receipt by StartEdge Solutions to the customer.
In the event that the notification procedure described above is not complied with, the customer authorizes StartEdge Solutions to renew the originally contracted service and process all the corresponding charges. Such charge will be non-refundable, and the service will continue unchanged for the time charged.
- SECURITY
The customer will be solely responsible for any security breach affecting servers or accounts under its control. If your server is responsible for or involved in an attack or unauthorized access to another server or system, StartEdge Solutions will disable the service immediately. Customer shall be responsible for paying any charges resulting from the cost of correcting security breaches caused by Customer that affect StartEdge Solutions or any of its customers.
- SYSTEM & NETWORK SECURITY
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of StartEdge Solutions' systems or network. Security breaches of systems or the network may result in civil or criminal proceedings. StartEdge Solutions will investigate these events and cooperate with authorities in prosecuting users implicated in such violations. These violations include, but are not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for the user or logging into an account or server to which access is not authorized.
- Attempt to test or track the vulnerability of systems, network, or breaches in authentication measures without proper authorization from StartEdge Solutions.
- Attempt to interfere with any other user's service, system, or network by any means, including overloading, flooding, email bombing, crashing, or denial of service.
- Take any action to attempt to access services to which you are not authorized.
- Send SPAM or any type of unsolicited communication to users internal or external to the StartEdge Solutions network
- SPAM
Any type of unsolicited bulk email or WhatsApp message or SPAM by a customer is strictly forbidden by StartEdge Solutions. Failure to comply with this rule will be grounds for termination without prior notice of the service provided to the customer by StartEdge Solutions.
- LEGALITY
StartEdge Solutions prohibits the use of its services in illegal activities. Therefore, the Client agrees that the Company may hand over any information belonging to the Client including assigned IP addresses, account history, account usage, etc., to any law enforcement or law enforcement company or institution that makes a request without prior notice to the subscriber. In addition, in such a case, StartEdge Solutions shall have the right to terminate the provision of services to the client in the event of use of its resources to commit unlawful acts.
- SUPPORT & LIMITATIONS
StartEdge Solutions will provide technical support to all of its customers. Such support will be limited to our area of experience and knowledge. The following will be the guidelines of the support service:
- StartEdge Solutions will provide support related to the service contracted by the customer, such as service failures, initial configurations, etc. StartEdge Solutions shall not be obliged to provide support for problems not related to the contracted service or exclusively concerning applications, such as any programming code, HTML, PHP, MySQL, etc., applications provided by third parties or similar.
- All support requests must be made via email. The customer can send a support request at any time of the day from Monday to Sunday, all emails are handled on a first-come, first-served basis; StartEdge Solutions does NOT limit the number of emails or support requests that the customer requires.
- StartEdge Solutions does not provide support services to its customers' customers. Communication with your own customers is the responsibility of each StartEdge Solutions subscriber.
- The hours of operation for support requests are: Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The customer warrants to StartEdge Solutions that:
- You are at least 18 years of age if you are an individual.
- You possess the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement.
- You will use the contracted service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement and all applicable policies and guidelines.
- The content in your account does not infringe or violate any rights of a third party (including intellectual property rights) or any applicable laws, regulations or ordinances.
- ADULT CONTENT
StartEdge Solutions strictly prohibits the publication and/or hosting of adult content on any of the services, as well as any content that violates intellectual property laws, such as hacker files or references, crackers, warez and any other that may cause economic or image damage to other companies and/or people, both in their property and in their contents.
- IP ADDRESSES
StartEdge Solutions will maintain control and ownership over all IP numbers and addresses it assigns to its customers. In addition, StartEdge Solutions may, at its sole discretion, change or remove any IP number or address.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
StartEdge Solutions does not exercise any control and accepts no responsibility for the information contained in or transmitted to and from its servers, network, hubs or any of its points of presence.
StartEdge Solutions shall not be liable in the event of any unauthorized access, alteration or destruction of information distributed or made available using its services.
The Client must ensure the security of the username, password and data provided by the company for access to their account. The handling of this data by the user will not be the responsibility of StartEdge Solutions.
Even if StartEdge Solutions voluntarily backs up the data uploaded by the client to its server, the client has the obligation to back up and ensure the integrity of its information, being therefore the only responsible for any loss or modification of its data. Such data includes, but is not limited to: Web content, databases, scripts and installed applications, emails, chats, messages, etc.

- USER LICENSES
This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (whether an individual or an entity) and our corporate name (hereinafter referred to as StartEdge Solutions). Your use of any software and related documentation provided to you by StartEdge Solutions in any form or medium, will constitute your acceptance of these terms, unless separate terms are provided by the software provider, in which case certain additional or different terms may apply. If you do not agree to the terms, do not download, install, copy or use the Software. By installing, copying, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- CHANGES
This "Terms and Conditions of Service" agreement may change at any time and the customer agrees that all rules and guidelines contained herein may be changed by StartEdge Solutions without notice at any time the company deems appropriate. For this reason, it will be the client's responsibility to regularly consult this section and be aware of its contents. By purchasing or subscribing to a StartEdge Solutions service, you agree to comply with this agreement in its entirety.
