Affiliate program policy

1. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to referral fees and Affiliate Program rules.
2. Affiliate URL. You must get a special URL after signing up for the StartEdge Solutions Affiliate Program. The link will be exclusive to you and you alone and will allow you to receive payments for affiliate referrals.
3. Branding. SEO affiliates may not use the StartEdge Solutions brand in any PPC or Google Ads activity and in any variations in their URLs.
4. Commissions. An Affiliate who does not add coupons will receive a commission of up to 35% of orders placed through successfully issued Affiliate links.
5. We make payments every 7 days if the amount in the member's account is not less than $100.00 (one hundred US dollars). Payment processing may take up to 5 calendar days.
6. Coupon distribution and coupon aggregation websites are not eligible to register for the StartEdge Solutions Affiliate Program.
7. Rights. Our SEO affiliate program reserves the right to refuse participation in the Affiliate Program if the site is deemed to violate our rating standards. All coupon aggregator websites fall into this category. You will be unsubscribed from the Affiliate Program if you list coupon codes or discounts that were not generated through StartEdge Solutions or if you promote a coupon that you have found elsewhere online. Affiliates are also not allowed to use or promote "coupon stacking" sites where users can combine coupons to receive additional discounts. At the same time, StartEdge Solutions will consider any partner proposals sent directly to us.
8. Termination. The Agreement becomes effective when you accept these terms and conditions and will terminate upon termination by either party.
9. It is forbidden to use the StartEdge Solutions referral link in paid advertising in Google Ads, Yandex Direct, Facebook Ads. You are prohibited from using paid search placement, including an ad that you purchased using a bid for keywords, search terms, or other identifiers.
10. It is forbidden to advertise keywords containing the StartEdge Solutions brand name.
11. It is forbidden to register through your own affiliate link, i.e., earning from your own payments to StartEdge Solutions. You can only earn by attracting new users.
12. In order to calculate the Partner's commission from the users' subscription purchase, the user must be registered and logged into the StartEdge Solutions account while paying.
